These new Mid-sized Rotomatic tuners are the perfect upgrade and direct drop-in replacements for the 205 Mini Rotomatics with 14:1 gear ratio commonly used as OEM on many electric guitar builds. The slightly larger Mid-sized housing accommodates a higher 18:1 gear ratio but is a direct replacement for all 205 Mini applications due to the same ear mount position (flush to the bottom of the housing), with no modifications required for installation
